The east bank of river Hólsá is a great option for groups that wish to be on their own. A magnificent fishing lodge is included with the fishing during high season. This section is the lowest part of East Rangá after the confluence with the Þverá. In the best years, 7-800 salmon have been landed, along with some sea trout. Since all the salmon that migrate to the Rangá rivers pass through this area, there is often great fun during the fishing and people can have real adventures.
