What can be fished

Description

This is an historic salmon area, although not many salmon are caught there every year. This is the east bank of the Laxá River, between the Nesveiða and Laxamýri beats. Árbót is best known today for good brown trout fishing, but every summer several salmon are landed that can be in the “overweight category”. This is a great option for families or a small group of friends. A good fishing house is available that needs to be booked separately.
