What can be fished

Description

River Sunnudalsá has been closed for fishing for some time, but in the summer of 2021, it reopened, including the upper part of the trout section in Hofsá. Two rods are permitted to fish in Sunnudalsá and one in the trout section where there is also a good chance of salmon. The river has 75 marked fishing spots, many very good and suitable for fly fishing. This is a cost-effective option for families and small groups.
