Description

At Ystu-Vík, which is in the eastern part of Eyjafjörður just north of Víkurskarð, there are three ponds where salmon, rainbow trout and char are stocked. The size is 0.8 lbs. and up to 2.5 lbs. There are decent facilities on site, e.g., for gutting fish. Also, toilets and a refuge for anglers. All legal bait can be fished and those who do not bring their own fishing gear can borrow gear on site.
